I paid for a policy but cannot login to download it. What do I do?

When you paid for the policy, you received an email from the credit card purchase. The email address on the invoice will be the email address you use to login. The invoice 2Checkout order number or Vendor Product ID may be used as your policy number to login. If you think your payment status is incorrect use the account status utility to check it. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, send us an email using our contact page and include your domain name in the body of the email.

I made a policy but did not buy it. Can I retrieve the policy?

When you create your policy a username and password are generated that you can use to access your account and edit the policy. Your policy is deleted after 7 days if you do not buy it.

How long can I access my policy to change it?

If you buy a policy, we maintain your file for one year. If you do not buy a policy, we erase your information after 7 days.

How do I change my policy?

When you purchase a policy and login to My Account you can edit your policy and reinstall it.

How do I know a P3P policy will correct any P3P issues my site has?

If you have issues with blocked cookies it is most likely caused by the lack of P3P on your web site. The policy generated by our utility will fix that problem. If there are any problems we provide technical support to address unique web site issues.
